Lee is a career marketer with over 15 years of experience in the marketing space, specifically within the agency environment. Since founding Brandish in 2016, the agency has seen significant growth, now boasting over 30 team members and extending its influence across Canada with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Toronto. Brandish has earned recognition for being the first Canadian ad agency to implement a permanent four-day work week in 2021. Lee’s strategic initiatives and contributions have been highlighted in industry publications such as Adweek, Maclean’s, Reader’s Digest, Marketing Brew, Strategy Online, CTV-Toronto, and Campaign Canada. Outside of his professional life, Lee is happily married to his wife, Ashlee, and they have two wonderful sons, Levi, aged 4, and Lane, aged 2. Together, they enjoy spending time at the lake and traveling as a family.
