Accidentally Digital Transformation: A Marketing team’s digital
journey one real-world problem at a time
A quick Google search for “how to digital transformation” will yield a never ending list of strategies, checklists, and gated whitepapers. All of which are likely very true and very “consulty”. This presentation is not that. This presentation is a story about a Marketing team that tackled real-world problems one-by-one and then realized they’ve been barreling down the digital transformation freeway. It’s about the successes and failures of that transformation but most importantly, it’s about the conditions that had to exist for that transformation to take place—all without a checklist for you to download.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Incessantly curious with over 20 years of digital experience. Before he was the Director of Digital Marketing at MNP, Jeff ran his own boutique digital marketing firm creating digital solutions for businesses. A front-end dev and graphic designer in a previous life.
